Resignation of CFO

Dublin, Ireland, 28 February 2023: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) today announces that Dan Creedon, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to step down as a Director and CFO of the Company with effect from 30 June 2023.

Over the coming months Dan will remain focused on delivery of the Company's 2022 annual report and results and ensuring a seamless and co-ordinated transition of his responsibilities. The search for Dan's successor is underway, and a further update will be issued when appropriate.

Sean Corkery, CEO of Datalex said: "Dan has been a valued colleague and had a tremendous impact as Chief Financial Officer during an important phase in the Company's return to growth. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan for his contribution during his time his time at Datalex."
