DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Dublin, Ireland – 19 February 2019: Datalex plc (Euronext Dublin: DLE), a leading provider of digital commerce solutions to global travel retailers, today announces that Dónal Rooney has informed the board of his intention to resign as CFO and step down as an Executive Director and Company Secretary of Datalex. Dónal will remain with Datalex as CFO until April 2019 to assist with the transition to a new CFO and to advance a number of critical ongoing organisational projects.
The process to appoint a new CFO has commenced and an announcement will be made in due course.
Commenting today, Aidan Brogan, CEO of Datalex said: "I am grateful to Dónal for his support, hard work and dedication through what has been a most challenging period for the Group. I would like to wish him every success in his future career."
