Datalex PLC ("Datalex" or the "Company") announces that Aidan Brogan has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a director with immediate effect.

Sean Corkery, Deputy Chairman, will take up executive responsibility as acting CEO of the Company, while the Board undertakes a search for a permanent CEO. The Company will update the market in due course.
