LISTING RULE 6.1.66(3) DISCLOSURES
Dublin, Ireland – 12 November 2019: Datalex plc (the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Dublin: DLE), makes the following announcement pursuant to Listing Rule 6.1.66(3) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules in connection with the appointment on 7 November 2019 of Mr. David Hargaden as Chairman of the Company.
Mr. Hargaden has, in the past, been appointed to the board of certain companies to assist in the restructuring of those companies. For purposes of Listing Rule 6.1.66(3) it is noted that Mr. Hargaden was appointed as chief financial officer and a director of the Calyx Group on 20 August 2009 by a major creditor of that group of companies. Mr. Hargaden resigned as a director on 8 July 2010. The group entered administrative receivership in September 2010.
No other disclosures are required under Listing Rule 6.1.66.
