DATAGROUP acquires UBL Informationssysteme GmbH

Pliezhausen, April 9, 2019. DATAGROUP SE (WKN A0JC8S) announces the acquisition of all shares in UBL Informationssysteme GmbH, which is headquartered in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt/Main. In 2018, UBL with over 70 employees generated annual revenue of over EUR 20m and a double-digit EBITDA margin. This acquisition strengthens DATAGROUP’s footprint in the economically strong Rhine-Main region. Additionally, it extends the competencies by a successful specialist in infrastructure as well as platform and software solutions.
