DataDot appoints new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary
DataDot Technology Ltd (ASX:DDT) (DataDot or the Company ) today announces the appointment of Gordon Ogborne as the new CFO, COO and Company Secretary, effective from 19 July 2022.
DataDot Managing Director Brad Kellas said “We are delighted to have Gordon join us at an important stage in our transformation as we embark upon the next phase of securing profitable growth for our business. Gordon’s financial and strategic acumen will be an invaluable addition to the business as we look to accelerate our growth agenda and to build value for our shareholders.
Commenting on his appointment Mr Ogborne said “I am excited to be joining DataDot. I am looking forward to working with Brad and the whole DataDot team as we seek to build on what has been achieved, particularly in the last few years. The world economy is currently facing challenging and uncertain conditions and while the company is not immune from their impacts this does not mean there aren’t exciting opportunities for it to grow and succeed.”
Mr Ogborne brings extensive financial and operational management experience, and a successful track record in the development and execution of growth strategies across a broad range of industry sectors. He has previously been CFO, COO and Company Secretary for start-up businesses and SMEs.
