Directorate Changes and Appointment of Chairman

BNN Technology (AIM: BNN), a London-listed Chinese technology, content and services company announces that, Mr. Harry Keiley has resigned as non-executive Chairman of the Group and, Lord Benjamin Mancroft has resigned as non-executive Director of the Group, both effective immediately.

Non-executive Director of the Group, Mr. Mark Hanson, has been appointed non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.

The Board of BNN is, as a matter of urgency, working with BNN's advisers to identify and appoint suitable executive directors to lead the Company.

The Board is continuing to talk to potential Nominated Advisers with a view to appointing one in the near future.

The Board is also examining a number of business opportunities in order to drive the Company forward.
