Dalekovod sells its Unidal d.o.o. stock

Dalekovod d.d. hereby confirms having sold its 44.65% share in Unidal d.o.o. Vinkovci, to Unior d.d. Zreče, Slovenia. The Sales and Purchase Agreement was signed on 28 December, 2017. With a request for share transfer proceedings have been initiated to make the buyer Unior d.d. Zreče a 100% owner of Unidal d.o.o., a company whose core business is the manufacture of hot forged forgings.

On the completion of the sales and purchase transaction, Dalekovod proizvodnja d.o.o. and Unidal d.o.o. have entered into a five-year framework supply agreement.
