Zagreb, August 27, 2013 - Dalekovod d.d. sent to Kosolidator d.o.o., a company controlled by Nexus Private Equity Partner d.o.o., in the name and for the account of Nexus FGS, an open private equity venture capital fund, a memo in which it requests extension of the period of validity of the binding bid to recapitalize the company submitted by Konsolidator from August 31, 2013 to September 30, 2013.
