Dalekovod d.d. redeemed the accrued principal and interest of the security labelled DLKV-O-302E and DLKV-O-302A

In accordance with the Decision on Pre-Settlement Agreement and Settlement of (h) Category Claims, Claims on the basis of commercial records issued by the Debtor, which was settled by refinancing through issuance of securities, on 14/02/2018 Dalekovod d.d. redeemed the accrued principal of the security labelled DLKV-O-302E in the nominal amount of 0.060143728 EUR per bond, which according to the middle exchange rate of CNB 7.442939 HRK/1EUR on 14 February 2018 amounts to 0.447646099 HRK per bond, and accrued interest of the security DLKV-O-302E in the nominal amount of EUR 0.04 per bond, which amounts to HRK 0.29771756 per bond according to the middle exchange rate of CNB 7,442939 HRK/1EUR on 14/02/2018.

Also, on 14.02.2018, Dalekovod d.d. redeemed the accrued principal of the security DLKV-O-302A in the nominal amount of 0.60143728 HRK per bond, and the accrued interest of the security DLKV-O-302A in the nominal amount of 0.04 HRK per bond. Dalekovod d.d. thereby decreased the debt per issued bonds by 2.54 million HRK.
