Dalekovod d.d. redeems interest on securities identified as DLKV-O-302E and DLKV-O-302A

Zagreb, 14 February 2017 – Pursuant to the Pre-bankruptcy Settlement and Category (h) Claim Payment Resolution with respect to the claims based on commercial bills issued by the Debtor, part of which has been settled through refinancing by issuing bonds, Dalekovod d.d. redeemed as of 14 February 2017 interest on the security identified as DLKV-O-302E and having a nominal value of EUR 0.12 per bond, its equivalence at Croatian National Bank's mean exchange rate of HRK 7.462096 /EUR 1 applicable on 14 February 2017 being HRK 0.89545152, and interest on the security identified as DLKV-O-302A and having a nominal value of HRK 0.12 per bond.

Dalekovod d.d. thereby reduced its debt arising from the bonds issued by HRK 3.04 million.
