Subject: Bonds Issuing of Dalekovod d.d.
Pursuant to the provisions, and for the purpose of settling the commitments from the concluded prebankruptcy settlement of the company Dalekovod d.d., on 13.11.2014 the Company's Management made the decision to issue the Company's bonds with multiple maturities, in the total issuing value of HRK 16,177,185.00 and EUR 1,235,713.00. The bonds are issued in dematerialized form, registered, and denominated in HRK 1 or EUR 1 to the creditors of the pre-bankruptcy settlement of the category (h) and (i), which were registered in the system of the Central Clearing Depository Company (CCDC) on the date when the decision was made as the holders (owners) of the Company's commercial bills with codes DLKV-M-324A and/or DLKV-M-334A and DLKV-M-324E.
