Subject: Notice of the Supervisory Board session held

Dear Sirs,

We are free to inform you that at its today's session the Supervisory Board has reached a decision on appointment of Mr. Željko Lekšić as the new member of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d. for a five-year term of office running from 1 Oct 2012, so that at present the Management Board numbers four members.

Mr. Željko Lekšić is Graduate Civil Engineer and Master in Economics of the Zagreb University. His employment with the company Dalekovod started in 1991. During his long-term career, he was engaged as design engineer of production systems, quality management systems, integrated management systems (environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fire protection), standardisation systems, accreditation and certification, and business excellence as well.

Further, Mr. Željko Lekšić has been in charge of the Mechanical, Electromagnetic and Chemical Test Laboratory and owing to his efforts and merits, the company Dalekovod was among the first companies in the Republic of Croatia to implement ISO 9001, 14001 and 19001 standards. As the new member of the Management Board he shall, besides retaining his above duties, be in charge of the Production activities within the Group and of keeping and developing business relations with key customers of Dalekovod in the region.

According to the opinion of the Supervisory Board, the newly appointed Management Board of Dalekovod, assuming office on 1 Oct 2012, shall be additionally strengthened by appointment of Mr. Želiko Lekšić, as a distinguished and experienced expert, who shall, with his substantiated knowledge and skills, contribute to further internationalisation of the company, completion of operative and financial restructuring process and strong development of the company into a significant global economic subject in the power infrastructure sector. Please be reminded that from 1 Oct 2012 the Management Board shall, besides the existing member of the Management Board, Krešimir Anušić, and the newly appointed Željko Lekšić, also include Mr. Matjaž Gorjup as president and Mr. Marko Jurković as member of the Management Board.
