CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified on 25 October 2014 that, on 24 October 2014, Mike McCollum, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 370 pence per share.
