NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS

Exercise of Sharesave Options

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2, Dixons Carphone plc (the "Company") announces that Katie Bickerstaffe and Humphrey Singer, have both exercised a three-year option granted in 2012 under Dixons Retail plc's Sharesave Plan over 1,377 ordinary shares of the Company, at an option price of 91.48 pence per share.  The shares have been retained and their holding of the Company's shares now total 408,967 and 619,147 respectively.

This notification is made on 1 October 2015 in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
