Board Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules, that Alex Baldock's appointment as Group Chief Executive commenced yesterday, 3 April 2018.

As previously announced, Alex succeeds Sebastian James, who has resigned from the Board with effect from 2 April 2018 and will be leaving the Company on 27 April 2018, to join Walgreens Boots Alliance later this year.
