Sub.: Intimation of meeting of Board of Directors
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, inter-alia :

(i) to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, and;

(ii) to consider proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, if any.
Further, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereunder, and as informed vide our communication dated December 29, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2026 and it shall remain closed until 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange(s) i.e., upto February 06, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Designated Persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
