Ctac subsidiary IFS Probity enters close strategic allicance with SUPERB
ICT services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces a strategic alliance between its subsidiary IFS Probity B.V. (IFS Probity) and SUPERP B.V. (SUPERP), which focuses on the development and management of business solutions in the field of SAP software. IFS Probity is also looking into the possibilities of an acquisition.
The collaboration focuses primarily on ICT services for the utilities sector. The advantages of the strategic alliance will be notable mainly in:
- expansion of the activities in the utilities sector;
- combination of testing propositions and;
- optimisation of the management activities of SUPERP in combination with Ctac's managed services.
Close cooperation in the field of sales will further optimize the commercial position of both companies. In addition, the various fields of expertise as well as the client portfolios of both companies are highly complementary.
The strategic alliance offers a good basis for providing even better and more complete services to existing and future clients.
The definitive format of the cooperation will become clear before the end of 2010.
