Ctac Supply Chain Solutions: a new Belgian joint venture of Ctac Belgium and Sperry Swiss

Ctac Belgium BVBA, subsidiary of ICT services provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac), signs a cooperation agreement with Sperry Swiss GmbH (Sperry) and founders Vanessa Beumont and Mahesh C. Nagar. Sperry Swiss specializes in the deployment of SAP based applications. The company is active in the field of supply chain and offshoring SAP activities for the supply chain. Ctac Belgium BVBA now owns the majority shares of 51 percent.

The two companies mainly focus on ICT services for companies in the oil- and pharmaceutical industry. The main benefits of the strategic cooperation are the expansion of supply chain expertise with regard to special SAP products. Also, customers of Ctac benefit from the off and onshore possibilities of Sperry Swiss.

An intensified sales cooperation further strengthens the commercial position of both organizations. Also, the expertise and client portfolio strongly complement each other. The strategic collaboration offers a good starting point for a better and more complete service to existing customers as well as prospects.

Ctac will announce more details on the collaboration in 2011.
