Ctac further expands interests in SME activities

SAP-service provider Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces that it buys the remaining minority interests in its subsidiaries Ctac MKB, mYuice All-in-One and mYuice Logistics. Ctac is now the full owner of its operations for small and medium sized enterprises (SME). The current management will continue to be associated with Ctac.

Ctac expanded its interests in Ctac MKB from 95% to 100%. Ctac's indirect holding in mYuice All-in-One, which focuses on SAP solutions for the SME branche, has expanded from 93.5% to 100%, after several purchases of shares over the past few years. Ctac's indirect holding in mYuice Logistics, which offers specialist and comprehensive logistics management solutions to the SME sector, has expanded from 83.7% to 100%. Ctac paid EUR 1.3 million in cash for the remaining minority interests.
