Bart Hogendoorn new CEO of Ctac

SAP services provider Ctac announces that Mr B.P. (Bart) Hogendoorn (46) will be proposed for appointment as member of the Board of Directors in the position of Chief Executive Officer.

From 1998 up to now, Mr Hogendoorn has been working for the Dutch and international SAP organisation in various positions. From 2003 through 2006, he was managing director of SAP Nederland. In the past two years he was as Senior Vice President EMEA responsible for several countries, among which the Netherlands and Belgium.

Ctac believes that Mr Hogendoorn is an outstanding candidate to further fill in the strategy and develop the company. His international and commercial knowledge and experience and the business network which he has built through the years are important elements.

During an Extraordinary General Meeting, of which the date still needs to be settled, shareholder will be asked to approve the appointment of Mr Hogendoorn as a member of the Board of Directors.

After shareholder approval, Mr Hogendoorn will commence his duties as CEO of Ctac as from 1 September 2008. In addition to Mr Hogendoorn, the Board of Directors consists of Mr Jan Willem Wienbelt (CFO and interim CEO) and Mr Harrie van Groenendael (COO), who has joined the Board of Directors earlier this year.
