Resolutions General Meeting of Shareholders
SAP services provider Ctac announces that, during the General Meeting of Shareholders held yesterday, Mr H. (Harrie) Van Groenendael has joined Ctac's Executive Board as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr Van Groenendael has more than 20 years experience in the IT sector, and has been closely involved with Ctac since 2005.
Dividend
In line with the dividend proposal, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved a dividend payment of EUR 0.06 per share in cash for the financial year 2007.

Activities include implementation, integration and management of SAP systems and related activities such as system upgrades and system optimisations.
