CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Geraint Davies, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Geraint Davies is now interested in 54,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
