SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Wafer Systems Limited (the " Company " ), trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 2:30 p.m. on Friday, 29 February 2008, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the connected and discloseable transactions involving the issue of new shares of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board consists of two executive Directors, namely Mr. CHAN Sek Keung, Ringo and Mr. KO Chun Fung, Henry, and three independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. David TSOI, PANG Hing Chung, Alfred and Mr. SO Lie Mo, Raymond.
