Acquisition of relevant interest by Cromwell Property Securities Limited as responsible entity for Cromwell Diversified Property Trust

Investa Listed Funds Management Limited (ILFML) as responsible entity of Investa Office Fund (IOF) notes the announcement by Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell) that Cromwell Property Securities Limited as responsible entity for Cromwell Diversified Property Trust acquired a relevant interest in 9.83% of IOF units on 12 April 2016.

ILFML is not aware of any information in relation to Cromwell’s intentions beyond the information set out in its ASX release.
