Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held today i.e. May 7, 2020 which commenced at 3:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 4:32 P.M. (IST), have inter alia, approved issuance of secured/unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable NonConvertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis upto Rs. 300 Crores within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.

The Board has further authorized the Committee of Debentures to determine the detailed terms and conditions of NCDs and to take all such steps which are incidental and ancillary to the issuance of the NCDs.
