Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr Roberto Fiorentino, a Director of the Company, purchased 38,947 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26 pence each on 30 December 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Fiorentino is interested in 3,750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
