The Company was notified today that Mr Nicholas Hewson, a Director of the Company, purchased 18,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.5 pence each on 2 December 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Hewson is interested in 189,815 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
