Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 29 April 2015, Creightons plc, a leading distributor and award winning manufacturer of personal care products and brand developer, is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today to approve the sale of the business and assets relating to The Real Shaving Company Business ("the Sale") to Swallowfield plc was approved.

Completion of the Sale is expected to take place on Thursday 28 May 2015.

The full text of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
