(Oslo, 4. March 2021) Reference is made to the announcement on 16 December 2021, whereby Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker "CRAYON") announced an increase in share capital related to the exercise of options issued during the IPO of the Company in November 2017. The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 1,591,710 new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the share capital of Crayon is NOK 83.279.229, comprising of 83.279.229 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
