CRMC is the parent company ofCapital Group International,Inc. ("CGII"), which in turn is the parent company of four investment management companies ("CGII management companies"): Capital International,Inc.,Capital International Limited,Capital International Sàrl andCapital International K.K. CGII management companies and CB&T primarily serve as investment managersto institutional clients. CB&T is a U.S.-based investment management company that is a registered investment adviser andan affiliated federally chartered bank.

Neither CGC nor anyof its affiliates own shares of the Company forits own account. Rather, the shares reported on this Notification are owned by accounts underthe discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management companies describedabove.

On 01 November 2021, oneor more of CGC's management companies acquired 289,356 shares of the Company, resultingin a shareholding amounting to 5.263%of total voting rights and 5.263% of totalshare capital.
