Crayon Group Holding ASA: Appointment of Melissa Mulholland as new CEO

Oslo, 18 August 2021: The board of directors of Crayon Group Holding ASA, the digital transformation experts, has today resolved to appoint Melissa Mulholland as the Group's new CEO.

Melissa was appointed as the Group's Interim CEO on 15 March 2021. Mulholland previously worked for Microsoft where she led global strategy and business development. She joined Crayon last year where she has driven its core cloud services and IP strategy worldwide, including data and AI.
