The Company has been notified that on 14 December 2015, Mark Bottomley, Finance Director, transferred 27,767 ordinary shares of 10p each in Cranswick ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife.

Mark Bottomley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 48,368 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0973 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
