As of 15 May 2012, August Finance Fund SPC indirectly holds 2,417,978 shares of the Company (ISIN Code LU0772552906), entitling it to 6.83% of the total voting rights in the Company.

1. Maple Leaf Macro Volatility Master Fund has crossed the threshold of 5% of the total voting rights of the Company.

As of 15 May 2012, Maple Leaf Macro Volatility Master Fund indirectly holds 2,479,902 shares of the Company (ISIN Code LU0772552906), entitling it to 7% of the total voting rights in the Company.
