Date of Annual General Meeting

Brisbane, 21 September 2020 – COSOL Limited ( COSOL , ASX:COS ) gives notice that its 2020 annual general meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 17 November 2020.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, COSOL advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 5pm AWST on Tuesday, 29 September 2020. Valid nominations must be received at COSOL’s registered office by no later than that date.

COSOL’s Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the 2020 AGM will be announced to the ASX and communicated to shareholders in the coming weeks.
