Corem has signed a letter of intent to divest a property portfolio at an agreed property value of approximately SEK 5,350 million

Corem Property Group AB (publ) ("Corem") has signed a letter of intent to divest a property portfolio at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 5,350 million, which is in line with book values. The buyer is a foreign institutional investor.

At a divestment of the portfolio, transfer of possession is expected to be made in the middle of April 2023.
