Issue of Unquoted Options and Rights
Core Exploration Limited (ASX: CXO) advises that, pursuant to shareholder approval received today, the Company has issued 58,104,000 unquoted options with an exercise price of $0.08 and expiry of 21 June 2019 and 5,000,000 unquoted performance rights to the Managing Director as remuneration.
Core has further agreed to the future issue of 431,373 shares under the Company’s 15% placement capacity as remuneration for professional services.
An updated Appendix 3B is attached to this announcement.
