SHARE PLACEMENT

31 March 2011 Teys Limited (ASX:TYS) is pleased to announce that it has today completed a placement of new shares to sophisticated investors.

The issue of 25,000,000 new shares was made at the issue price of $0.0015 per share to raise $37,500.00 to provide additional working capital for the Company.

OPTIONS EXPIRY and RELEASE FROM ESCROW

Effective 1 March 2011 a total of 4,413,860 unquoted options over ordinary shares expired. Effective 30 July 2010 a total of 24,750,000 ordinary shares were released from escrow.
