Historic Grants of Options
Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics (the "Company" or "Maestrano"), announces the grants of options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Plan, to certain directors and PDMRs which were not notified at the time of grant.
All options were granted with an exercise price at the closing price of Maestrano shares on the day prior to the grant and form part of standard remuneration packages, save in respect of certain grants to Non-executive Directors detailed further below. All options remain unexercised.

Related Party Transactions
The grants of options to each of Jonathan MacLeod and John Davis have been identified as related party transactions under Rule 13 of the AIM Rules, however, were not identified as such at the time and accordingly the then Nominated Adviser was not consulted. The Directors of the Company, excluding Messrs. MacLeod and Davis, consider that, having consulted with the Company's current Nominated Adviser, the terms of those option grants are fair and reasonable insofar as its Shareholders are concerned.
