Consti Group Plc: Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act, Chapter

Consti Group Plc ("Consti") has received an announcement from Danske Bank A/S
("Danske") on 10 March 2016, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market
Act Chapter 9, Section 10.

According to the announcement, the total number of Consti shares and votes owned
by Danske's funds and Pensionsforsikringsselskabet Danica A/S increased above
five (5) per cent of the share capital of Consti on 9 March 2016.
