Consti estimates net sales for 2016 to be lower than previously expected

CONSTI GROUP PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 OCTOBER 2016, at 2.30 p.m.

Consti estimates net sales for 2016 to be lower than previously expected

Consti specifies its net sales guidance for 2016, due to slower than anticipated
net sales realisation from order backlog during the second half of 2016. Also,
order intake for July-September 2016 will be delivered for the most part in
2017.

Consti now estimates its net sales to grow compared to 2015. Previously Consti
estimated its net sales to grow approximately 5-10 percent compared to 2015.

Consti's Interim Report January-September 2016 will be published on November
10(th) 2016.
