ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

No material business impact from Coronavirus

12 February 2020 – IoT solutions company, CCP Technologies Limited (ASX: CT1) (“the Company”) wishes to confirm the commentary provided in the Quarterly Update released 31 January 2020 in regard to the minimal business impact of the public health issue in relation to the Coronavirus.

The China team members are based in Beijing and returned to work on Monday 11 February 2020 following the extended China New Year holiday. Office workers that returned from other provinces are required to work from home for a period of 14 days before returning to the office. Individuals may continue to work from home if they are able to do so.

Travel to certain sites and external meetings is generally restricted however this is not affecting the continued project scoping that CT1 is involved in as the relevant site visits were conducted in January 2020. At this stage, the Coronavirus is not expected to have a material impact on the progress of the Company’s China business and particularly the current activities including the scoping, proposal and contracting stages for the initial projects in China.

The production of IoT devices is also unaffected as the devices are currently designed and produced in India.

The Company will continue to update to the market as appropriate.
