Change of Auditors

29 July 2020

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Constellation Technologies Limited (CT1) announces that PKF Brisbane Audit (PKF) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd (BDO), and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).

The change of auditor arose as a result of the Company’s recent recapitalisation, rationalisation of costs and expansion into China.

In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company’s auditor.
