ENTITLEMENT OFFER CLOSING DATE EXTENSION
Conico Ltd (ASX:CNJ; “Conico” or “the Company”) advises that it has resolved to extend the offer period of its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, with the Closing Date moved to 5pm WST on Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
On 9 December 2025, Conico announced a one (1) for one (1) pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares (“New Shares”) in Conico at an offer price of $0.008 per New Share (“Entitlement Offer”) held by Eligible Shareholders on the Record Date of 18 December 2025.
The revised timetable for the Entitlement Offer is set out following:
