Căn cứ theo thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BCT ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 của Bộ Tài chính hướng dẫn CBTT trên thị trường chứng khoán;

Căn cứ Báo cáo tài chính (BCTC) 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 và BCTC 6 tháng đầu năm 2024 sau soát xét của Công ty Cổ phần khoáng sản Công nghiệp Yên Bái.

Công ty Cổ phần khoáng sản Công nghiệp Yên Bái xin giải trình chênh lệch Lợi nhuận sau thuế (LNST) trên BCTC 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 so với BCTC 6 tháng đầu năm 2024 sau soát xét như sau:

Giải trình:

Tại 6 tháng đầu năm 2025, Công ty đầu tư thêm dây chuyền sản xuất, mở rộng quy mô bán hàng, khiến cho sản lượng và doanh thu bán hàng tăng. Doanh thu tăng 21,57 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ tăng 5,8% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Cùng với đó, Ban giám đốc tiếp tục đưa ra các phương án tiết giảm chi phí hiệu quả, làm cho giá vốn hàng bán giảm 12,84 tỷ, tương

đương tỷ lệ giảm 4.9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái trong khi doanh thu tăng. Đồng thời, chi phí tài chính giảm 1,3 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ giảm 10.03% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Những biến động này làm cho Lợi nhuận sau thuế năm nay tăng hơn so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Tuy vậy, tại 6 tháng đầu năm 2025, một số chỉ tiêu khác trên bảng báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh biến động ảnh hưởng đến của Lợi nhuận sau thuế của năm nay. Đặc biệt, chỉ tiêu bán hàng tăng 31,4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái do chi phí cước biến tăng, và chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng 53,4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái do doanh nghiệp mở rộng quy mô nhân sự, cụ thể như sau:

• Doanh thu hoạt động tài chính giảm 0,91 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ giảm 21,6%
• Chi phí bán hàng tăng 28 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ tăng 31,4%;
• Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng 2,36 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ tăng 53,4%;
• Chi phí thuế TNDN tăng 0,73 tỷ, tương đương 32,3%.

Kết luận: Từ những nguyên nhân trên, khiến cho Lợi nhuận sau thuế tại 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 tăng 2,7 tỷ đồng so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Pursuant to the reviewed financial statements for the first 6 months of 2025 and the reviewed financial statements for the first 6 months of 2024 of Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company.
Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company hereby explains the difference in Profit After Tax (PAT) between the reviewed financial statements for the first 6 months of 2025 and those for the first 6 months of 2024 as follows:

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Company invested in additional production lines and expanded sales scale, resulting in increased production output and sales revenue. Revenue

increased by VND 21.57 billion, equivalent to a 5.8% rise compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the Board of Directors continued to implement effective cost-cutting measures, leading to a decrease in cost of goods sold by VND 12.84 billion, or 4.9% lower than the same period last year, while revenue increased. In addition, financial expenses decreased by VND 1.3 billion, equivalent to a 10.03% drop compared to the same period last year. These changes contributed to an increase in Profit After Tax this year compared to last year.

However, in the first 6 months of 2025, some other indicators on the income statement fluctuated, affecting this year's Profit After Tax. Specifically, selling expenses increased by 31.4% compared to the same period last year due to higher sea freight costs, and general & administrative expenses rose by 53.4% compared to the same period last year due to staff expansion, as follows: Doanh thu hoạt động tài chính giảm 0,91 tỷ, tương đương tỷ lệ giảm 21,6%

• Financial income decreased by VND 0.91 billion, down 21.6%;
• Selling expenses increased by VND 28 billion, up 31.4%;

• Corporate income tax expense increased by VND 0.73 billion, up 32.3%.

Conclusion: From the above reasons, Profit After Tax in the first 6 months of 2025 increased by VND 2.7 billion compared to the same period last year.
