6 tháng năm 2025, doanh thu riêng và hợp nhất có mức tăng trưởng lần lượt 2,69% và 7,92% tuy nhiên lợi nhuận sau thuế riêng và hợp nhất có mức điều chỉnh giảm 25,12% và 7,41% so với cùng kỳ năm trước, nguyên nhân chính do:

• Tỳ trọng doanh thu hàng khác (với biên lợi nhuận thấp) tăng so với cùng kỳ
• Lãi suất tiền gửi giảm mạnh làm cho doanh thu hoạt động tài chính giảm so với cùng kỳ năm 2024.
• Chi phí bán hàng tăng khi công ty chủ động gia tăng quyền lợi cho khách hàng trong năm 2025.

Trên đây là giải trình làm rõ hơn về kết quả kinh doanh riêng và hợp nhất 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 của Công ty cổ phần Traphaco.

In the first six months of 2025, standalone and consolidated revenues recorded growth of 2.69% and 7.92%, respectively. However, standalone and consolidated profit after tax

decreased by 25.12% and 7.41% compared to the same period of the previous year. The main reasons are as follows:

• The proportion of revenue from other products (with lower profit margins) increased compared to the same period.
• Interest rates on deposits dropped sharply, resulting in lower financial income compared to the first half of 2024.
• Selling expenses increased as the Company proactively enhanced customer benefits in 2025.

The above explanation provides a clearer understanding of the separate and consolidated business results for the first half of 2025 of Traphaco Joint Stock Company.
