CHANGES IN COMPTEL CORPORATION EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Senior Vice President of Americas, Mr. Ricardo Carreon, is leaving Comptel.
Americas region will report to Mr. Jukka Turtola in Comptel's marketing unit
starting immediately. Mr. Turtola has previous experience in sales and
marketing management in Instrumentarium and General Electric companies in Latin
America. Mr. Turtola reports to CEO Sami Erviö.
