Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited (the “Company”)

– Notice of Publication of 2012 Annual Report and AGM Circular (“Current Corporate Communication”)

The English and Chinese versions of the Company’s Current Corporate Communication are available on the Company’s website at www.comtecsolar.com and the website of The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (the “HKEx”) at www.hkexnews.hk . You may access the Current Corporate Communication by clicking “Annual Report and Interim Report” under “Investor Relations” section on the home page of the Company’s website.

If you want to receive a printed version of the Current Corporate Communication, please complete the Request Form on the reverse side and return it to the Company c/o Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the “Hong Kong Share Registrar”) by using the mailing label at the bottom of the Request Form (no need to affix a stamp if posted in Hong Kong; otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp). The address of the Hong Kong Share Registrar is 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The Request Form may also be downloaded from the Company’s website at www.comtecsolar.com or the website of HKEx at www.hkexnews.hk .

Please note that by completing and returning the Request Form to request for the printed copy of the Current Corporation Communication, you will expressly indicate that you prefer to receive all future Corporate Communication of the Company in printed form.
