Computershare announces that Peter Barker will step down as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 13 February 2013 to take on a role in Hong Kong with a privately-held technology company.
Mark Davis will become Computershare’s CFO from 1 July 2013, following completion of his role in the integration of the Shareowner Services acquisition. Between Peter’s departure and Mark taking on the role, Stuart Crosby will act as CFO in addition to his responsibilities as CEO.
