ANTICIPATED CLOSING TIMING FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION’S
SHAREOWNER SERVICES BUSINESS

Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) today announces that early termination has been granted under the United States Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, for the proposed acquisition by Computershare of the Shareowner Services Business of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. The parties are now free to close the acquisition. Computershare anticipates closing will occur on or around 1 January 2012.
